Ok, so it's doubtful we will see another Wii U hardware price drop for a long time as the console is already costing Nintendo a lot of money to make because of the gamepad and because they had to make unique hardware that fits into that tiny little box. That being said, if Nintendo decided to reduce the cost of all current and all future first party games (I doubt the 3rd parties would be on board with this) to $40 starting retail price, would that convince you to buy a Wii U? 

For me, even if I wasn't the Nintendo fanboy that I am, if a company was coming out with games that were just as good innovation/creativity wise as the other two companies and $20 less per game I would seriously be all over that console!
