Sam's Club is member exclusive, whose demographic is mostly other businesses getting things at wholesale price. And the "regular" people that are members are mostly middle aged penny pinchers.
Unless you know some strapping young lads that, when they need toilet paper, think "omg, I need to get 50"
What I'm trying to say is, Sam's Club doesn't have your run of the mill consumers. So I would say PS4s being in stock at this particular retailer isn't indicative of anything since they have a limited amount of people that can even spend their money there
