Now that Nintendo has broadened its target group at the low-end with the 2DS, I hope they are working on a high-end model next, to complete their portfolio.

Let's call it the "3DS XL Deluxe" or "3DS Deluxe"... what would you improve, based on the 3DS XL?

My wishlist:

- double the pixel density of both screens from 96 ppi to 192 ppi... even if it wasn't possible or was too costly the last years, it should be possible now without exploding costs. Most 3DS games would look the same on all models, but games which only use a fraction of the hardware power (Ace Attorney, Prof. Layton, Virtue's Last Reward, Pullblox...) could use the higher resolution. Even if the game engine runs in the low resolution, texts and static 2d elements (for example the "court record" of the Ace-Attorney-games) could still be high-res... the visuals of some games would be much improved with no performance issues. And everything besides gaming (Internet Browser, Youtube-App, Photo-App, eShop, Miiverse...) would profit from the higher resolution.

- add a second analog stick... but make it clear to developers, that it's only an option and all their games must stay compatible to the other models

- keep the dimensions of the XL model (screen sizes + device size) and the material of its shell (I love to touch it), but try to lose some weight.

- don't follow the slim trend... if there is space available inside the case due to more miniaturized components, use it to enhance the battery life

- use a capacitive touchscreen and ditch the stylus... you don't need the stylus on the 90% larger screen of the XL, the touch areas are large enough

- better cameras (didn't thought of that myself, because I don't use them)
