2 Is never going to happen the game already sold more then enough to make a huge profit the only Rockstar game that got a enhanced version was and always will be Bully and that was only due to the fact that its sales on the PS2 where somewhat lackluster. GTA doesn't need to be milked again it already delivered enough sales at this point they can even scratch the PC version without many complaints.
