LOL, it's the job of Sony to sell PS4, not the job of Atlus. They are a small company that have to work hard to make their profit. So they release for already proven platforms. Also, judging by your post, I don't think you really care for Atlus or Persona, only for PS4 being successful.

Like I said, PS3 will be almost dead by the time Persona 5 arrives in Japan. Vita would've been a better choice (or a port if they want both). PS4 would also have been a better choice if it didn't take them forever to adapt to new platforms.

Of course I care for Persona. What a ridiculous accusation.

As brendude said previously it's just some non-optimal choices they made. Like making a spin off on 3DS based on Playstation exclusives, a Vita dance game, and P5 exclusive to PS3 (but that isn't really that bad, just could've been better).

Maybe I misjudged you. Sorry for that. Yes, you didn't mentioned PS4 directly, I read that between the lines (behind the curve).

And I don't think putting P5 on the PS3 is a bad decision. Most people still own their PS3, even if the new gen has started. Well, most people will not have a PS4 yet (and will not in a year), even if it sells incredible. So putting it on PS3 is a good decision. This way most people will be able to play it. Atlus-games don't need the newest tech to be cool.
