Without third-party support, and with Nintendo concentrating on a few genres, the Wii U will probably become a niche console, much like the PSP with content targeted at the otaku culture. Bayonetta 2 and X will mark their strongest efforts to change that, which should be interesting. |
Yup. It's a platforming fan's wet dream, but it's only got a couple of adventure/sports/shooter/action games, and those are the really big hitters that seem to drive sales. Next year looks to have some decent variety though.
