They are all taken from the Nov 09, 2013 Data (latest) on the site. just caution on the mistake regarding the NFS Rivals for Xbone though.

Exactly, so some of the X1 games are one week behind in preorders. COD:Ghost on X1 for example should pass the PS4 version when the next edition comes up. I do not know how much difference it will make bu alot of games usually add a ton of preorders the week before relase.

Don´t get me wrong, you have done a commendable job, but I think you should compare numbers for the same number of weeks ahead of launch for each games, just a tip :).
