Home button and a right icon. I don't know how it will be called in English - I'm from Russia, here it called 'downloads'.

I found "downlod manager" but I couldn't find a history, it just showed that nothing was currently being downloaded.

Well, it shows patches there before its application first launched after patch. Then it clears history as I understand. You can check version number in upper right corner in COD to be sure if patch was instelled...
