The PS4 version won't have Gamepad functionality. That matters more to me than marginally better graphics.

(Unless it supports Vita play, but then I'd be paying  a whopping $600USD for something a $300USD Wii U does right out of the box)

They've demoed Vita remote play, but I don't know if you are looking for the extra screen of the gamepad or the remote play features of it. Though everyone is sticking second screen stuff into their games, I don't know if they actually replicate what you get on the Wii U (I also hate the "second screen")

I assumed AC3's Gamepad features were carried over.
