Yeah, pretty much what I was saying. In order to make "bias" offending, you need equally (or more) offending words to accompany it. That, or if it becomes personal between the user and yourself. In those cases, it isn't the word that's the problem.
There's also the fact that there are MANY words people can be offended by. I don't think it's fair to legislate a neutral word simply because someone takes offense to it.
