I'm going to ignore everybody explaining how unlikely this is to happen and have some fun making a list.

  • Ace Attorney - Level 5 - With the Layton series winding down, maybe they can put some of that point and click adventure talent into Layton's semi-rival series. Plus, I trust these guys with story-telling, and important part of Ace Attorney games.
  • Dead Rising - Deep Silver - Dead Rising is a crazy game where you kill zombies with everything. So why not give it to the Saint's Row team? The zombie-slaying insanity would be... I almost said "to die for."
  • Devil May Cry - Let it die. There are already a few similar series hanging around, and basically every studio that seems like a good fit is already working on something else, or at least should be (Bayonetta, God of War, etc.) If I had to give it to anybody, it'd be Square Enix. Why? Play the Battle of 1000 Heartless in Kingdom Hearts 2 and then ask me again.
  • Mega Man - Inti Creates - They developed the very good Mega Man Zero games, not to mention entries number 9 and 10. Plus, they're working with Inafune on The Mighty No. 9... meaning crossover oppurtunities!
  • Monster Hunter - Whoever got this series would become a major player in Japan overnight. I lack the heart to give it to a console maker, so how about Konami? Say what you want about Konami, they make games with great bosses.
  • Resident Evil - Grasshopper - This one was hard, because Resident Evil is a mixture of horror, action, cheeseiness, awesomely bad acting, and monsters. This is the only studio I can think of offhand that could combine those elements.
  • Street Fighter - Namco Bandai already has enough fighting games. Warner Bros's Mortal Kombat games are too different. Nintendo is best sticking to Smash Bros. So, either Sony or Microsoft.
