I'm going to be an extreme optimist and say 1.5 to 2 million. The way I see it, this is the start of a new CoD subseries, meaning people will be buying this for years. Meanwhile, the Wii U userbase is growing, and there seems to be a demand for solid online experiences not yet filled by Smash Bros or Mario Kart. Combine that with how young the Wii U is, and this game can rack up sales for a while.
Besides, Call of Duty 3 sold about 2.4 million on the Wii, before the series even became very large. Even assuming the Wii U is much less successful in the end than the Wii, less than 50k sales total would be a joke.
