Prime Hunters was decent. although the Prime 1-3 were amazing.

F-Zero is another franchise i wish they'd outsource to someone, like SEGA or those Shin'en dudes. F-Zero GX was amazing and still looks good even by today's graphical standards.

F-Zero GX WAS amazing, totally agree. But the first F-Zero and the N64 version were both great as well. I think if they wanted to, they could easily do that themselves. It would probably become more casual though seeing as how Nintendo toned down the difficulty in all their games over the last decade, but maybe that would be a good thing.
