At 300K difference, I have a hard time seeing it. But likely you're right in the trends these numbers hint at, where the Nintendo 7th gen software sales are trending downwards while the others are trending upwards or level.
Another thing that might explain it is that I've found that most of the time game-only retailers promote Nintendo software less in general, even in Nintendo's peak periods. I think this is mostly because Nintendo's games sell hugely on a few titles rather than on a selection of titles (as compared to xbox and ps). It also doesn't have the same buzz or the same marketting power for selling other things as non-Nintendo software does. I think that Nintendo software also sells more easily at bigger chains in general (stores that do more than just gaming).
