And people wonder why it rarely recieves third party games
% of WiiU consoles compared to 360 and PS3 and Pc, no offline coop, no HD texture pack, shitty framerate, where I live the WiiU version costs 10bucks more.
There you have your reason.
Plus alot of people have 2 or 3 consoles why would be buy the inferior WiiU version no matter if it has cool gamepad features or not? sub 20FPS is not playable. I also threw away my Castlevania for 360 becaue it had 14 FPS rofl....
@bolded Gamers don't wonder why Nintendo does not get third party games (devs wonder, gamers know) we know it has to do with being to stupid to make games. e.g run at constant 30 FPS and have actual value.
LOL, I played trough the Wii U version and I didn't have any fps problems at all.
BTT: I love Blacklist. I missed the feeling of the old Splinter Cells. Amazing game. Too bad....
Well then you (if you are a fan) and Ubisoft can thank sites like eurogamer/digital foundry for showing footage of the game falling below 20fps or so They mention the game looks good on WiiU but has huge FPS problems.
Every drop below 30 is an insult to gamers. Start watching after 2:00 it even gets as low as 18fps or so at around 3:20
I've not played the game the whole way through but the only place where the fps drops have been noticable to me is in cutscenes and on the Palladin. I'd prefer they weren't there but it doesn't change the gameplay.
The other thing with the Digital Foundry (i think) comparison is that it said the WiiU had the lowest average framerate while failing to adequately account for the fact that the game has V-sync. i.e. it's average was lower (in part) because it CAN'T run more than 30fps. Both the PS3 and 360 at times run more than 30fps bringing their averages up. In the end, if i recall correctly we are talking a difference of about 2fps. I think the whole thing has been overstated.
