Nintendo Dropped the Ball by Not Securing GTAV: No, they have bigger games coming, they do not need it!!!

They should do whatever is necessary to secure the game on their console. It won't sell PS360 numbers, so Take Two will likely need some 'motivation' to do it and Nintendo should 'motivate' them. That, and a few other strategic 'motivations' for other third parties would go a long way.
