Judge halves $30 million patent damages against Nintendo because 3DS isn't profitable

Its only fifteen million dollars. If the guy has a case Nintendo should just shut up and pay up. Many people have sued the gaming industry over patent issues. Move on, Nintendo is innovative in the gaming industry but outside of it they are just another guy.
