It's a perfectly reasonable restriction if the game is already out, but I could definitely see it being annoying if the demo is before release which is really what we should hope for with demos in general. I played the demo for the original skate game probably 50 times because it would cut out on you after 30 minutes but I'd just keep playing around in that one park. Not because I didn't want to buy the full game, I bought it the second it was finally released. It would have been fairly annoying if I hadn't been able to do that because of restrictions like this.
So I guess what I'm saying is they should make it so that the restrictions are not implemented until after the game's release date. One that comes around it seems perfectly reasonable.
