Nintendo games will be on a smartphone/tablet ... the day Nintendo makes or co-develops (ie: with Google) their own smartphone/tablet with physical controls (slider or discreet).
Otherwise nope.
I don't even think iOS/Android is as lucrative as people think. Is Sega making a fortune with the Sonic games on iOS/Android? A $1 app is a pretty thin profit margin compared to a $40-$60 game.
