Hi! I am new to this forum (but I have followed the site for some years). If the X1 was reduced in price it would probably mean that a few more non-hardcore XBox/PS4-fans would try it out. Those of us that prefer XBox will buy it nonetheless. In the end though, I do not think it would make much difference, since MS often promote their consoles with other incentives than just price.
