Dead Rising 3 won't force progression, side story available via Xbox SmartGlass

Dead Rising 1 is one of those games that got me so annoyed at one point I sold it after only having it for three days. Played a little DR2 on the ps3 and was better than the first, but still had annoying parts. So far the more they change from the originals, the better chance I will actually play it.
