Again - what is the difference between JRPG and WRPG? As people claim, JRPG are RPGs made in Japan, WRPG everything else (also RPGs made in Korea). So the question what do you think is better is moot. There are abysmal and great JRPGs and abysmal and great WRPG. Both japanese and western RPGs have all sorts of RPGs, some more story-focused, some more combat-focused, some more focused on graphic or action or ... whatever. so the question is moot.
Anyways, the best RPG ever is Baldur's Gate and nobody can deny that. Xenoblade Chronicles is also the best RPG ever. Nobody can deny that.
