Could MK8, Bayo2 and X run on a PS3[60]

Mario Kart 8 is 1080p.
And I believe Mario Kart 8 is also 60 fps.

Plus the graphics are taking so long to develop that Mario Kart 8 won't be release until Spring 2014 which misses the Holiday 2013 schedule unfortunately.
