bigger world, more beautiful, more things on screen, if you played only wii last gen ofcourse they look impressive but for HD gamers they are nothing special and plenty of games look the same or better

I didn't play Wii only last gen, (Wii + 360) and they all look great to me, especially X.

I'd disagree. Wii U has more than twice as much RAM as PS3 and 360, and X and Bayo 2 look like they make use of this with their detailed expansive backdrops.

The edram makes the actual performance of RAM be quite more than "twice the ps360".
