What "looks better" is subjective. I don't think Wii U has a game that looks more visually impressive than Uncharted 2 or 3 yet, but I also recognize that what I find to look good doesn't necessarily correspond with what's technically at work. I may not think Most Wanted U looks better than everything on PS3/360, but I'm prepared to accept the word of technically competent developers referencing confirmed specs when they say the U's larger RAM meant they could push it beyond what PS360 are capable of.
