wii u should be considered as having 1.5 gb of RAM and there's also the Edram everyone conviniently ignores. those 7 Gb for ps4 are still a big rumor.
and the gpu's on ps4/xone are more powerfull but not WAY more powerfull. Wii u is about 3-4x the X360. Xone is about 2x the wii u and ps4 about 3x the wii u. and that's in a time of graphical stagnation where it takes a much bigger difference than that to show only slight improvements.
