Nope, never.
First of all, all 3 of those games run in native 1080p. No games, except for FIFA Street of all games, runs in native 1080p on the PS3. Heck even games like Gran Turismo struggle to maintain 60 FPS.
So for these games they would need to first of all drop the resolution.
Then for the games themselves, we haven't really been shown much gameplay, but If X is anything like XenoBlade, and Mario Kart is well Mario Kart, then there would be too many objects on screen at once for PS360 to render. They just don't have the RAM for that, nor is the PS360 processor powerful enough to render that many objects in that level of detail, without a drop in FPS.
So the simple answer is no, also I'll be you when Bayonetta 2 releases, there will be an interview saying how this would be impossible on the PS360.
