The only track where snaking should not be used is Rainbow Road for obvious reasons. Heck, even drifting can be risky. That's the charm of Rainbow Road, you risk, you die. You don't risk, you die thanks to another racer hitting you. If you pick Yoshi, Toad or any character like that, you are SCREWED.
