You know whats funny? I made a long rant about them and their products failing all the time and showed some pics of my mouse and controller made by razer and then I told everyone to never buy a razer product and stick with Logitech, and then out of the blue one razer guy commented and told me that he's going to give me a replacement for free if I gave my adress, and he actually did, but I STILL prefer Logitech , I rather have something that isn't expensive as hell and works fine rather than a good costumer support.
