Metal Gear Solid 4 or Gears 2. Which will sell more?

There is a pretty high possibility that Gears2 will disappoint. Epic's last game UTIII was a disappointment, and I think Gears2 will be as well. I see Gears2 selling around 4-4.5M. I see MGS4 selling 5-5.5M.
