Sony tried. I didn't like the result though, and I think few did. |
The only thing I know of was from Sony Ericsson, and Sony basterdized that product as they did not want to give Ericsson any in to SNE. They initally were going to put PSOne classics on that phone, but they would not be supported through PSN. Then PSN was supposed to make its way to the phone, and that ended up turning into PSM, and then that took over a year to arrive.
So far no one has went in with full support behind a Gaming Smartphone. No major franchise titles exclusive, no standardized hardware for 3rd parties, nothing in the form of a handheld smartphone crossover.
If Nintendo brought this to the market with their own OS, had the basic apps (Google Maps, Facebook, Twitter, Netflix, ect.) and made exclusive Pokemon, and Mario games for it, they would sell 30M units a year. There are plenty of people out there begging for this product, but only if it is a true effort from Nintendo, SCE, or MS Xbox division.
Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.
