Guess i missed it as i just got the console this week. It works quite well for such a new OS. Still not sure what was wrong in the first few months. Took Apple and Google quite a long time to get where they are now. XBOX 360 dashboard also looks nothing like it launched with. We are still in the launch window phase and it works quite smoothly. Still who knows maybe i'll find the problems after i am out of the new hardware exitement phase.
Again i think they can do this if they think it through. They can sell the phones subsidized in the west and there is lot of potential for profit. Not many people would be buying $700 iphones if they had to shell that money upfront.
