You can vouch for it all day it doesn't change the fact that Avalanche doesn't have to be lying in this instance, if you had one contact that was hard to reach maybe Avalanche just continued to be unlucky. That's just now variations and probability work, unless you've had contact with every single Nintendo rep you can't tell me that they are always easy to contact for everyone know more than Avalanche can tell people that they are always difficult to contact for everyone. All either of you can do is speak for your own experiences which again does not make Avalanche a bunch of liars.
