Will Gamecube Games become Wii U Virtual Console Titles? Is it possible?

So I have a Gamecube controller and the Gamecube games library I use to own, but I'm playing it in HD with super increased frame rates. WHY would I care about VC.

All the GameCube games were program to do 3D, which explains all the 3D Screenshots of GameCube games as you can see in my signature if you try the gamecrunch.co site and gbatemp.net site.

Plus 3D makes games look much more crisper looking then gimmicky HD, no offense but lately I have been questioning the very use of HD when 3D standard definition looks much more crisper looking. Plus all GameCube games are 60 fps, so there's nothing to complain about in their frame rate. But the PS2 & Xbox 1 is only 30 fps, but the 360 & PS3 is 60 fps because they copy Nintendo's frame rate from GameCube.
