Well ~35% or so don't have their console connected to the internet, so there is certainly room for more sales. On top of that retail releases fall quicker in price, so everyone who though that it's too expensive at the moment (it is the most expensive XBLA game afterall) might go with that version.
It's not even a year old and has already sold 6m. (probably 6.3m shortly after its anniversary). 13% attach rate (46m XBL accounts). Sold as much as Castle Crashers, Trials HD and Trials Evolution combined (generated much more revenue too).
