Call of Duty 4
Just Dance

Best games would be

Halo 3
Bioshock
Dark Souls
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion(with a few mods)

Don't forget Uncharted. Most games in this coming gen will be taking from its immersion, cinematics, gamplay and camera movement.

Call of Duty 4's campaign made super scripted cinametic campaigns popular. Gears of War is what made the cover based third person shooter popular. As for their platforming in a third person shooter and character interaction among each other. I really don't think too many games have done that for it to be considered one of the most influential games this gen.
