those guys in the vgchartz leaderbored are very low check out psnprofiles.com and ask those guys at the top if they got anything

low ?

They are talking about the top 1%. that's over 700k people (on PS3). Number of PSN acounts is what ? 100m or more ? So probably even the top 1m people.

I'm in the top 19.000 on the 360 overall leaderboard and I have less achievements than the top 2 users on the PSN VGC leaderboard even though PS3 introduced trophies much later.

PSNprofiles.com is for people who actively hunt for achievements and therefore several 100k of them would make it into the top 1%.

are u seriously comparing your 360 rank to psn ranks? and am sure there are a alot more people with high levels that hasnt even registered to any of these sites!

Yes I just did. Why wouldn't I ?
I compared won trophies to won achievements. There's barely a difference.

Obviously 360 users should be able to get more because they have them since 2005. That's why I'm saying even I who has about 6500 achievements is in the top 19.000 (top 0,0004%). A guy like KylieDog with a similar amount of trophies is even better than that.

The missing players aren't really important as many of them are registered. even if there were 75% missing (which is surely not the case). The top 10 on VGC leaderboards would still make it easily.

Here's a leaderboard of all Xbox Live profiles that were ever created.
http://www.xboxlivescore.com/xbox-live-leaderboard/460000

45.000G would be enough to be in the top 1%. That is about 2000 achievements.
As already explained. People on PSN would even need less than that to be in the top 1%.
