Nope, the game was announced last August. The special edition XL and bundle was announced very recently, though.

It seems to have decent, but not spectacular, legs -- the first game sold 2/3 of its lifetime sales in its first 6 months, and that got off to a relatively slow start, being a new IP. The new game will probably be even more frontloaded. It should definitely be aiming above the first game's 100k opening.

It's not up for pre-order yet (I think).
