What's up with The Last Guardian, Agent, FF Vs 13? And why the hype?

I wasn't aware there was any hype for any of those games.

At this point, I am fairly convinced that FFVXIII and Agent are never going to be released, and The Last Guardian will probably be a PS4 title if they don't can that too.
