lol, yep skiped the 486. My friend had one, but back then tech moved slow enough that you could get away with older stuff longer. Once 3D Graphics cards became the norm it started to get harder to hold onto your PC while the latest games required more and more powerfull tech. It just keeps getting worse too. That's why I like consoles so much, for 5-10 years I don't have to deal with any upgrades. I usualy upgrade my PC in the middle of a console generation, that way I'm always able to play the latest games. My PC gets old while my consoles are up to date and then my PC is up to date while my consoles are showing age.
