How could a pokemon nfc game impact the wii u?

Are you sure that would be a good idea? X and Y owners can just catch the pokemons, while the "z" owners need to buy them? XD

Everything that will offered through NFC will have to be bought, so why not? Doesn`t Skylanders work that way?
Imagine that you only have a Wii U version and would like to own more but don`t own a 3DS: get those Pokemon through cards, for example.

I`m not saying Pokemon will use it, because to add Pokemon to the game you would need a bunch of cards or figurines and that would be really expensive.
My guess is that Nintendo will use some new IP and use NFC to breed new life to it: buy a figurine or card and get a special item or challenge. Kinda like DLC but with toys!

Yeah, all things nfc needs to be bought, but my point is that it is VERY simple to get kick ass pokemons in the main series. If you have to buy the pokemons, and they aren't even as good as the ones that you catch for free in x and y, there is no point of playing that way. I think that "Z" should be a standalone game, that can have some kind of interactivity between each other. Some connectivity with X and Y would be cool too, and could help sales (like pokemons only obtainable from "Z").
