That is also atheism. Atheism isn't the belief (as faith, as dogmatic truth), that no god exists. I think only a few people over the world are really believing that. Atheism at it's core is, not believing a god exists. Thats a difference. Atheism is the abscense of belief, not the belief of something doesn't exists. Most atheists will handily accept, if proper proof is shown a god existed all the time. But as long this proof doesn't exists, believing in god is for atheists the same as believing in werewolfes.
Agnostics are usually more open to the idea, that there might be some god. The difference is cloudy in my opinion. But putting the definition as you do, nearly all atheist are really agnostics (including Dawkins, if you read carefully what he writes).
