Great until the German guy dies, and then it devolves from an intelligent, dark action-comedy-thriller into a mess of explosions and blood with nothing resembling a coherent plot, the kind of thing I would expect from Michael Bay rather than Tarantino. Honestly, after that shootout, Django should just have been shot dead or something and the movie would have been much better.
So I guess that averages out to a "good" overall.
