Probably not. From what I've seen on the respective article pages on IGN, people are too busy being angry at Ubisoft and Nintendo to be angry at Rich. Which is sad, seeing as Ubisoft was just doing business, albeit sloppily, and Nintendo didn't do anything particularly wrong.
