I quit caring about catching them all after Gen 1, having so many promo pokemon etc. Which was a really fun aspect of the Gen 1 and even Gen 2
I've always wanted them to limit the amount of pokemon refine the backgrounds, animations, and sounds which have always been dated when they released said generation.
However, they'd be idiotic to quit making them. And seeing new Pokemon is always fun.
