But he was right this time.

Not about hardware.  He thought they should ship more than 5.5 million, and that they would be sold out through March.  Of course he doesn't tweet about that part.

 

I think we can all agree that nobody expected HW to be this low for the WiiU. Software wise it is surprising that it did not match their expectations. Lets be honest, everyone was expecting NSMBWiiU to sell like a monster.It simply shows that even Mario can be milked too far in some instances.

Its a mixed bag for Pachter this time around, yet we still need this E3 to see where Nintendo is going, so we can decide if they are creating yet another GC or something more...
