From Nintendo's perspective, the Wii U's sharp drop off is going to be reflected in the next quarter: they shipped a lot of Wii U hardware and software, they just haven't proceeded to sell enough of those to customers. I wouldn't expect the future, particularly the immediate future, to be rosy.
