Yes, 10 more minutes it seems. If, by any chance, results are not up today in Japan, they will have legal action taken against them right? Is missing a scheduled information release considered as fraud by investors?

Don't think it will happen anyway, just asking. I do know what probably isn't going to be up: Their projections

I don't know about that, I imagine it looks very unprofessional though. This quarter should be OK for Nintendo anyway, it's Q4 (this current quarter) where they probably are going to take a walloping from investors.

My guess is they will have to slash Wii U and 3DS projections today though.
