I don't know man I think casuals are pretty loyal. Good examples of this are iPhones and iPads success. If we're talking games then a good example would be Call of Duty.(but this is a different kind of casual audience than Kinect. obviously)

Samsung is taking casuals from IPhone. They are not loyal, they go to the next big thing that has a commercial on TV. They switch every two years on a contract in the US, it's nothing new.
