3DS, NDS, PSP, PSV aren't consoles though, that's why I didn't mention them.
Also technically you'd also need to include serious hardware upgrades, as I doubt that anyone is playing recent games on a 7 years old PC.
Maybe even include Laptops if they are used for gaming.
Also I don't know anyone here over 20 that has a handheld (and actively uses it).
Sure my gf has a PSP but she bought it when she turned 19 and never used it in the (at least) past 2 years. (She's 23 now).
